Your Forestry Partner
Dalton Mountain Forestry, LLC is a full-service forest management company located in Dunbarton, NH owned and operated solely by Bryan R. Comeau.
We provide full fiduciary responsibility to our clients, rather than to a sawmill, logging company, or large forestry corporation, therefore resulting in the best personalized forester-client relationship, long-term representation and support, and maximum financial return for the landowner.
The company offers services throughout the State of NH assisting landowners in planning and implementing forestry and wildlife habitat management projects for a variety of clients owning 25,000+ acres of private, conserved, and municipal lands.
Our primary responsibility and approach is to represent each client individually developing a close one-on-one relationship to best meet their specific and unique needs and goals. The firm provides expert analysis, recommendations, and implementation that will best accomplish site-specific objectives while achieving responsible and sustainable forest management practices.
The firm follows strict guidelines set by State of NH Timber Harvesting Laws, Best Management Practices for Erosion Control on Timber Harvesting Operations, and Good Forestry in the Granite State.
What Our Clients Say
Visit America’s Stonehenge in Salem, NH to see another example of Bryan’s wealth of knowledge and experience with thoughtful, detailed, and technical forest management projects.
Like Stonehenge in England, America’s Stonehenge was built by ancient people well versed in astronomy and stone construction over 4,000 years ago. It has been determined that the site is an accurate astronomical calendar. It was, and still can be, used to determine specific solar and lunar events of the year.
When Bryan Comeau first walked in to meet with us to discuss our forestry project, he was head-and-shoulders more prepared than any of the several other foresters we had met with. He had already laid out the property lines and had familiarized himself with our unique site. Bryan and his crew were respectful of our property and took great care to not damage any of the ancient structures. With the help of Bryan, we were able to accomplish all of our goals which included increasing the health and biodiversity within our 100 acre forest for wildlife, as well as widening the astronomical alignments and revealing our ancient walls and pre-historical monuments for our year-round visitors to view and enjoy. Bryan was regularly present throughout the project and had an open line of communication with us. It is clear that Bryan takes great pride in his work, and we are pleased to recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced, professional forester.
